Special openings and closures: April 20 (Easter), April 21 (Easter Monday), April 25, May 1, May 11 (open from 1:00 PM), June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8 (open until 6:30 PM). December 25: CLOSED. December 31: open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (last entry 1:30 PM).

Presence of gravel pavement along the external route. Dimensions of the lift for wheelchair access: maximum door width: 0.75m // maximum cabin length: 1.18m // maximum capacity 250kg. The Hunting Palace is also accessible with Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC), a tool that associates written words with images and symbols.
