Practical Information

Parking

Major parking lots in Niagara Parks are either gated or metered. Daily parking passes are available to add on to your online purchase for $31.86 + HST. Daily parking passes cover parking and re-entry at almost all major lots for one calendar day. There are also a number of small, free parking locations in the north and south end of Niagara Parks. No overnight parking is available.

Accessibility

Admission fares and fees are waived across all Niagara Parks attractions and transportation systems for accessibility support persons accompanying a person with a disability. Guests with an Accessible Parking Permit are required to pay if they wish to park at a paid Niagara Parks parking lot. With an original parking receipt, guests with an Accessible Parking Permit can re-park for free, on the same day, at any paid Niagara Parks parking lot. Several hotels in Niagara Falls have purchased their own scooters and/or have wheelchairs available to loan to guests. There are also a number of local wheelchair rental options available. We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan at Table Rock Welcome Centre. There is also one wheelchair available at the Butterfly Conservatory and Floral Showhouse. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Since there is a limited number of wheelchairs available, you may wish to bring your own wheelchair or scooter.

Pet Policy

Only service animals are permitted inside attractions; pets are permitted in public, outdoor park spaces and must be kept on a leash.
