Paid parking is available at the Fed Square carpark (Russell Street Extension or Batman Ave entrance) and at 172/192 Flinders St. Bicycle racks are available around Fed Square.

ACMI offers a Relaxed Visit and Audio Described Tour for visitors with access needs. Visual Stories are available to help with step-by-step visual and written access guides. This exhibition includes displays with strobing effects that may affect photosensitive viewers. ACMI welcomes all visitors and offers access services, including a Visual Story, accessible entrances, lifts, Companion Card acceptance, wheelchair loans, and acceptance of guide dogs and registered assistance animals.
