Free parking is available, including electric vehicle charging stations. Parking lots are located throughout the Arboretum, with Lot 1 (P1) adjacent to the Visitor Center and Lot 21 (P21) at the Thornhill Education Center. Bike racks are available at several locations.

Illumination ticket purchases are nonrefundable. However, guests may be able to exchange tickets in advance for a fee of $1 per ticket, depending upon event capacity and at the discretion of the Arboretum. Tickets can be rebooked using the Arboretum rebooking tool prior to their original start time.
Are there discounts available for Illumination tickets?
Members of The Morton Arboretum always receive the lowest ticket prices. Through the Museums for All program, a limited number of reduced-rate tickets are available on select dates for guests with a state-issued EBT or LINK card, or a valid WIC card.
