What happens if my vendor application is placed on the waiting list?
If your application is on the waiting list, the Show Committee will contact you as booth space becomes available. Flexibility is appreciated as spaces may open through set-up on Friday.
May I share my booth space with another vendor?
You may share a booth space with another vendor, but all vendor names and products must be included on the application. The Show Committee reserves the right to approve all or part of the products.
How are taxes handled for vendors?
Each merchant is responsible for collecting their own sales tax.
What time is check-in and set-up for vendors?
Official check-in and set-up times are Friday, December 6th from 5-9 PM and Saturday, December 7th from 7 - 8:30 a.m.
Do you rent tables for vendors?
No, vendors are responsible for their own tables and display equipment. However, two chairs will be provided per booth.
