Quick Actions

Tips & Advice

  • Arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow ample time for ticket collection and boarding, ensuring a stress-free start to your magical journey.
  • Dress warmly in layers, especially if wearing pajamas, as the trams are enclosed but the North Pole experience involves time outdoors.
  • Consider booking tickets for groups on the same order to ensure you are seated together, or call ahead to request seating arrangements for separately booked parties.
  • If your child has allergies, contact Seaton Tramway in advance to discuss dietary options for hot chocolate and cookies, or plan to bring your own suitable treats.
  • Check the Seaton Tramway website for specific 'Wheelchair Friendly Dates' if accessibility is a concern, and be sure to book these dates in advance by calling.

The entire experience, including the tram ride and time at the North Pole, lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Guests will spend about an hour at the North Pole.
