- Parking: Parking is available on Hamilton St, in front of the theatre, in the Saginaw Machine Systems parking lot, across from the theatre on Hamilton St, in the large city lot behind Valley OBGYN about one block north of the theatre. Parking is no longer available in the lot behind the theatre or at the Catholic church on the corner of Throop and Michigan.
- Accessibility: Hearing assist devices are available for all performances and accessible seating is provided. Additional accommodations can be requested from the box office.
- Pets: Service animals welcome

Who can audition for a show?
All of their shows hold open auditions and are cast from the community. Anyone and everyone is welcome to audition. Dates and information can be found on their Facebook page and under the 'Get Involved' tab.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final, however, you may exchange your tickets for any show in the same season.
Are seats reserved?
Seats are reserved for all shows that take place between September and May. The June After Dark is general admission.
Can I bring my child to a performance and do I have to buy a ticket for him or her?
Yes! You may bring your child to a show. Please use discretion when choosing which show as not all of their productions are suitable for children. Youth tickets for kids 17 and younger are $12 and can be purchased through the box office. Children 3 and under can see the show for free.
