How can I apply to be an exhibitor?
Applications are juried based on design excellence, quality, uniqueness, originality, and craftsmanship. Applicants must be the designer and creator of their work, with production supervised in Canada. Submissions require product photos, booth display photos, biography, and a statement of the production process.
What is included in the exhibitor package?
The all-inclusive vendor package includes 750W of electrical power, 8' tall booth draping, carpeted aisles, extensive advertising and marketing, discounted shipping and hotel rates, and a show program with a personal website gallery listing. There are no hidden fees.
Do you accept emerging artists or first-time exhibitors?
Yes, emerging artists and first-time exhibitors are strongly encouraged to apply. Jury decisions are based on the quality, originality, and craftsmanship of the work, not prior experience. A New Artisan Grant Program also offers discounted booths for new talent.
Is electricity included with the booth?
Yes, each booth comes with 750 watts of electricity included at no additional cost. Additional power can usually be ordered through the venue or service providers if needed.
What images and documents are needed for the application?
Applications require 8 product images, 2 studio images (including one of you working), 1 booth display image (or diagram), 1 gallery image, a biography and personal statement, and a statement of the production process.
