No, in-ear headphones are not allowed due to mandatory USATF insurance requirements and safety concerns. Participants are encouraged to keep at least one ear free to hear surroundings and instructions.
What happens in case of cancellation due to weather or emergencies?
In case of cancellation, all registrants will automatically be switched to a virtual race and receive their ordered swag. Alternatively, participants can receive a 50% voucher for the following year's race and still keep their swag. No refunds will be issued.

Yes, strollers are permitted for all races. Participants with strollers are asked to be mindful of space and allow for easier passing and navigation.
