Quick Actions

Tips & Advice

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time, as trains leave precisely on schedule and latecomers cannot be accommodated.
  • If you require the lactose-free hot chocolate option, be sure to inform Maine Narrow Gauge in advance by emailing MLevy@MaineNarrowGauge.org.
  • Consider booking Presidential or First Class for an enhanced experience, including commemorative mugs and reserved seating, making the journey even more special.
  • While Santa boards the train, he is unable to pose for individual photos due to the high volume of guests he needs to greet.
  • Parking is not provided at the Ocean Gateway Terminal; explore nearby street parking or paid lots and plan your arrival accordingly.
