Only trained service animals, defined by the ADA as dogs and miniature horses, are allowed inside buildings, on the sidewalk and beach at Robin Lake Beach, and on Trolleys. Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted in these areas. Service animals must be under the ownerβs control, leashed or harnessed, and housebroken. Fantasy In Lights allows service animals on the Jolly Trolley under these conditions. However, they are not allowed in public swimming venues or within 4 ft of the water on wet decks, as per Georgia State Pool Regulations. Owners are responsible for waste disposal.
