Standard and Accessible car parking is free of charge with no pre-booking required. Priority Parking zones, located closer to the entrances, can be pre-booked for £8 per car. Most parking is on grass, so suitable footwear is recommended. Parking may be up to 500m from the entrance.

There is step-free access to all shopping areas, though courtyards have cobbled and uneven surfaces. Accessible parking is available near entrances. Disabled toilets are on-site. Ramps and stairlifts provide access to the Orangery Restaurant and Great Hall. Car parks are floodlit, but be mindful of lower lighting levels after dark.
