Saturday, November 23 @ 7pm. Synchronized countdown and illumination begin at 7pm. Parade lasts about an hour. Entertainment along the route starts at 5:30pm. Streets close at noon in Harbor Park area, rolling closure begins around 5pm. Streets reopen no later than 11pm.

Parking

Early bird parking rates of $3 are available until 5pm at most garages. After 5pm, the parking rate is $5. Dominion Tower Garage will maintain their regular hourly rates. PNC Parking Garage is $5 COE from 4pm โ€“ 8pm. Street closures begin around 5pm.
