On Dec 3rd, lights turn on after the 4:30 PM ceremony until 9:30 PM. From Dec 4th-23rd, lights are on from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. On Dec 24th and 25th, they are on all night until 6:00 AM the following day. From Dec 26th to Jan 6th, lights are on from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
