Parking
Parking is free onsite at The Breakers in the lot across the street from the main entrance gates, and in certain lots nearby on the Salve Regina University campus. Street parking is also available in the surrounding area.
Accessibility
The Breakers is partially accessible for mobility devices. The first floor can be directly accessed by guests who use a wheelchair; the second floor is accessible via an elevator operated by staff.

Yes, timed tickets are required for both members and non-members. Members must purchase tickets but receive a discounted price.
What if I buy tickets and I'm unable to attend on the date/time I selected?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Because of capacity limits, the chosen date and time on your tickets cannot be changed.
Are you open if it's raining or snowing?
Yes! All tickets are rain-or-shine, and refunds or rescheduling are not offered unless the event is canceled due to severe weather. In case of emergency closure, ticket holders will be able to use their tickets for another evening or request a refund.
How long does it take to walk through Sparkling Lights?
To explore both the inside of The Breakers and the outdoor loop surrounding it takes approximately 90 minutes to enjoy. The house and property close at 8 pm.
Can I leave the property and come back in?
No, there is no re-entry. Tickets are scanned and canceled when you first enter.
