What are the booth sizes and costs?
They offer Small Booths (6'x10') for $45 and Standard Booths (10'x10') for $55. Standard Booths in the Sanctuary are $75. Two standard booths can be combined for a 10'x20' space.
Are tables provided with the booth rental?
Booths include floor space and two chairs. Tables are not provided unless specifically requested for an additional $10 charge per table.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be requested before November 22nd to be eligible for a refund.
When can vendors set up?
Vendors can set up on Friday, December 5th, from 5pm to 8pm, or on Saturday, December 6th, starting at 8am.
What are the guidelines for items sold?
As this is a family-friendly event hosted in a church, all items on display should be in good taste, free from profanity and crude references, and align with biblical values.
