Tips & Advice

  • To avoid weekend crowds, consider visiting on a weeknight for a more relaxed experience. Parking is also more readily available.
  • If arriving by car, follow the designated Sibley Parkway entrance to navigate the displays smoothly. Walkers have separate entry points from Mound Avenue or under the railroad trestle.
  • Bring your furry friends along for the drive-through portion; dogs are welcome in vehicles but not permitted within the park itself.
  • Tune your car radio to 90.1 FM upon entering the drive-through section to enjoy a synchronized holiday music soundtrack.
  • Don't forget to bring non-perishable food items or cash donations to support local food shelves, as this is a core part of the event's mission.
