Why do I need to book a time slot?
The time slot is specifically for meeting Father Christmas. It is recommended to arrive at the farm at least 20 minutes before your booked slot and at his grotto 5-10 minutes prior.
Can I enter the farm before my Father Christmas time slot?
Yes, you are welcome to enter the farm anytime from 9:30 am, even before your Father Christmas booking, to enjoy other activities. However, if your Father Christmas slot is earlier than 9:30 am, please arrive 20 minutes before that slot.
What happens if I miss my Father Christmas time slot?
If you miss your slot, they will try to re-book you onto a later slot that day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Arriving 20 minutes before your booking is strongly recommended.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
No, only medical assistance dogs are permitted at Mead Open Farm.
