- Parking: The Water Street Garage is the most convenient and affordable parking option. Additional parking garages are located on Pearl Street and Hogan Street. Valet parking is offered for most concerts. Donors at the Conductors Club Gold level have access to complimentary valet services off Pearl Street.
- Accessibility: Accessible parking is free for Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday performances. This lot is located on Pearl Street directly in front of the CSX Building. You must have a valid concert ticket for that evening’s performance and an accessible parking license plate or hanging decal. For additional information please call Patron Services at 904.354.5547.
