What are the Ticket Office hours?
The IRT Ticket Office is open for calls and email Monday – Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. It is also open for walk-up assistance two hours before each performance and remains open 30 minutes after curtain time.
Where can I park?
Discounted parking is available at the Court Street Garage and Circle Block Garage. Valet parking is also offered on the front curb of the Theatre. Check the directions and parking page for specific rates and details.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show for a $6.00 fee plus any price difference. Season ticket holders have more flexible exchange options.

Are children allowed at the IRT?
Productions on the OneAmerica Mainstage and Upperstage are not suitable for children under 4 years of age, and they are not permitted. Age recommendations are provided for each show.
