Hart District Council car parks (with the exception of Gurkha Square) will remain open to the public throughout the Festival. The Hart Shopping Centre car park will be open with access from Albert Street. Normal car parking charges apply. Car parks in Fleet: Victoria Road: 157 spaces, 9 disabled spaces. Branksomewood Road: 20 spaces, 2 disabled spaces. Church Road: 319 spaces, 8 disabled spaces. Hart Shopping Centre: 520 spaces, 17 disabled spaces. Birch Parade: Birch parade customers only.
