Durham ID Parking Garage (4 minute walk) - Max rate $5 after 5pm Monday – Friday, Max rate $5 all day Saturday – Sunday. Book Online Here. Morgan Rigsbee Parking Garage (5 minute walk) - Daytime parking (non-event) is available in the garage at a rate of $2.25 per hour. Weekdays after 7:00 pm and Weekend parking is FREE. On-street metered parking has been installed on many streets in downtown Durham. On-street parking rates are $2.50/hour, Monday-Friday. Street parking is free after 7:00 p.m. and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
