Pricing

Standard entry tickets and winter bundles combining Wild Lights and Santa's Grotto are available. Discounts for senior citizens and carers are offered.

Ages

Family-friendly, multi-generational experience. Children aged 1 to 15 require a child ticket. Visitors aged 16 and over require an adult ticket. Infants under 1 year visit for free but require a ticket.

Schedule

Wild Lights will run from Monday 4th November 2025 to Friday 31st January 2026. Thursday to Saturday nights in January from January 1st to 31st. Opens from 5pm to 9pm (last entry at 8pm). Santa's Grotto opens November 22nd and runs until December 22nd.

Parking

There is no designated parking for Dublin Zoo in Phoenix Park and parking will be on a first-come basis. Suggested parking based on time slot: 5-6pm: Park on the Upper North road, Garda Headquarters and Married Quarters. 6-7pm: Park on Lords Walk car park and Citadel Pond. 7-8pm: North Road.

Accessibility

The route has been planned with accessibility in mind. Mobility scooters are available to rent for €25 per scooter from the Visitor Operations desk at the main entrance. Carer tickets are available at a reduced price.
