Parking
Free parking is available at CORE and along the nearby side streets of Adams St. and Harwood Ave. Accessible parking is limited, but there is a drop-off station directly in front of CORE.
Accessibility
Service animals are welcome. Strollers are permitted, but participants with strollers should plan to start in the latter part of the race with walkers.

When and where does the race take place?
The race is on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, starting and ending in the CORE parking lot at 1191 Commerce Park Dr., Altamonte Springs, FL. Check-in opens at 7 am, and the race starts at 8 am.
What is included with the registration fee?
Depending on when you register, the fee includes the race entry, a t-shirt, and a participant medal. Early registration specials are available.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the course for safety reasons, but service animals are welcome.
What if I can't participate on race day?
Refunds are only available if you purchased the optional insurance during registration. Otherwise, registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What are the parking arrangements?
Free parking is available at CORE and on nearby side streets. There is also a limited accessible parking area with a drop-off station.
