Holiday trains do not have wheelchair/walker accessibility. Guests may leave walker/wheelchair in the depot before boarding. The width of the train doorways and aisles prohibit us from accommodating wheelchairs/walkers. Pre-boarding is available for those needing assistance. There are ramps to the depot and train, and a gravel parking lot. ADA parking & restrooms are available. ADA restroom at depot only. The restroom on the train is not ADA accessible. Please call for more details. Due to limited space on the train, strollers and infant (car) seats must be left at the depot prior to boarding. An RV style porta potty is available in the general seating coach.

What is included with the Regular Coach fare?
Each passenger receives cocoa and a cookie, as well as the sleigh bell. Choose your own seat, just like on an airplane! Tables seat 4. If a party is less than 4, you may choose to purchase the extra (empty) seat(s) at your table. If your party is more than 4, be sure to plan ahead in order to purchase your tables close together. Empty seats will be filled by other parties.

All sales are final. No refunds or transfers to other dates. Due to the popularity of this train event and the limited number of seats, we cannot allow refunds, transfers or cancellations. You may gift your tickets to another party of your choice, however they must have the transaction number to match the last name the tickets were purchased under.
