What are the different seating options available?
Guests can choose from Coach cars with classic seating, Lounge cars with tables and booths, or Private Compartments for a more exclusive experience. Each guest requires a ticket.
What is the cancellation and exchange policy?
All North Pole Flyer tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You may request a gift card for future use by emailing reservations@austinsteamtrain.org by 4:00 p.m. the Friday before your ride.
Can I bring my pet on the train?
Only service animals are permitted on the train. Pets are not allowed.
What is the duration of the train ride?
Each excursion is approximately two and a half hours long.
What should I do if I have a large group?
For groups of 20 or more, special group rates are available starting July 1st. For reserving an entire car, charter bookings are also an option.
