What should I wear to the event?

It is recommended to dress warmly in layers and wear sturdy shoes or boots, as the event takes place both indoors and outdoors and can be chilly in December. Waterproofs are advisable on wet days.

Can I change my booking date?

Yes, you can change your booking date by booking new tickets for your preferred date and then emailing the original order number and new order number to info@pennywellfarm.co.uk for a refund of the incorrect booking. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Are dogs allowed at the Christmas Experience?

No, dogs are not permitted at the Christmas Experience, except for certified assistance dogs. Free outdoor kennels are available in the car park for visitors to use.

How long does the Christmas experience last?
