Will my order come from the artist or from MAC?
Original artwork orders are arranged with the artist for pick-up, delivery, or shipping. Custom printed items are shipped directly by the printing company.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by item size, weight, location, and method. For original artwork, costs are arranged with the artist; for custom prints, they are calculated at checkout. Online calculators can provide estimates.
Do artists get 100% of the proceeds from sales in the MAC Shop?
Artists receive 70% of the proceeds (less transaction fees) from sales, with the remaining 30% supporting MAC's advertising, administration, and maintenance.
What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
All MAC shop sales are final. If an item has a defect, Muskoka Arts & Crafts will work with the customer and artist for a suitable replacement. Damaged items from shipping will also be addressed.
