- Parking: Your ticket includes parking in the main car park, with accessible bays and toilet facilities close by. Entry to the illuminated gardens is 224m from the car park. Please note the main car park will be closed between 4-5pm.
- Accessibility: The Garden of Lights has a fully accessible step-free route of about 2 miles on a range of surfaces including gravel, accessible matting, and a small area of grass. Electric scooter and wheelchair users are welcome. A limited number of powered mobility vehicles are available to hire. Disabled toilets are available in the main car park, East Wing, and Farmyard. A changing places facility is available in the Farmyard. Assistance dogs are permitted.
