Practical Information
Parking
Bishops Lydeard Station offers a free car park with a maximum height restriction of 2.1 metres. If the main car park is full, on-street parking is available nearby. A small disabled car park is situated next to the welcome marquee, also suitable for drop-offs.
Accessibility
All Santa services are accessible with a limited number of wheelchair spaces available per service. Advance notification is required for accessible seats and wheelchair spaces. Due to coach layout, wheelchair spaces have one accompanying seat. If booking more than two people requiring a wheelchair space, the remainder of the party will be seated in the same carriage, as close as possible. Contact them for specific access needs not requiring a dedicated space, to be seated in the closest carriage to the guards van with an access ramp.
Pet Policy
Assistance dogs are permitted with advance notice. No other pets allowed.
Food & Drink
Refreshments are available at your table during the journey. Additional snacks and beverages can be purchased at the welcome marquee. No catering is available on the train itself.

- Dress in warm layers, as train carriages can be cooler than expected, and bring a torch to help spot any festive surprises along the way.
- Consider purchasing a 'Brunel Goodie Bag' or 'WSR Goodie Bag' in advance for an extra special treat for children, or opt for the 'Cookie and Hot Chocolate Add On' for a cozy journey.
- Check the car park height restriction (2.1 metres) if arriving by vehicle; alternative on-street parking is available nearby if needed.
