When and where do I pick up my race packet?
All online registrants will need to pick up their race packets between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4 or Thursday, December 5 from the Allen Parks & Recreation Main Office (301 Century Parkway, Allen, TX 75013). Race packets will also be available for pickup beginning at 2:30 p.m. on race day, Saturday, December 7.
Can I exchange my T-shirt for a different size?
If you determine you ordered the wrong size shirt, they offer a shirt exchange. Shirt sizes can be exchanged during Race Packet pickup times and dates listed above.
What are the parking options?
Free parking is available at Allen City Hall and Lowery Freshman Center. A free shuttle service runs continuously from Lowery Freshman Center to the event.
